MOMS into MAE
We are three moms who met through our daughters' friendships.
MAE stands for Morgan, Ava, Ela ~Our three beautiful girls who inspire us to be creative, patient, and understanding, which is what we also want to be for our clients! The three of us come from different backgrounds with different experiences but work cohesively together.
Lisa has spent several years in the event, marketing, and photography industry. From brides to babies, she has the keen eye and dedication to create the most memorable moments & campaingns. Sarah worked in the special education field, but event planning and design found a special place in her heart. If you can dream it, she can design it! Ashley is a meteorologist and children's book author. She knows creating a forecast is as important as creating engaging content!

Ashley Baylor
Ashley Baylor is a meteorologist and reporter for WTNH News 8. She has been in the news business for almost 17 years, covering weather, feature stories, and crime news.
Ashley is a passionate animal advocate. In addition to featuring shelters and rescue groups for adoptable pets, she has uncovered stories about animal welfare and pushed for changes in the law. Working closely with state representatives, new animal laws will go into effect this year.
Ashley is also a children's book author. Her book, 'Storms and Snow, Skis and Sox, New England's Weather Truly Rocks' was published in 2022.

Most importantly, Ashley is a mom to a beautiful girl and four rescue pets. Being a wife, a mom, and a working professional has made her an efficient multi-tasker, working to make everyone happy with her results.
Using her skills in content creation, marketing, and advocacy, Ashley will work to make YOU happy!
Whether it's a wedding, celebration, or special photo shoot, she hopes MAE Designs can MAEke perfect moments into wonderful memories!

Lisa Palmieri has been in the events and marketing industry for 25 years. She has directed, choreographed, designed, and photographed over 1,000 events and marketing campaigns, big and small. Lisa thrives on the variety each project offers and the adrenaline rush that comes with the excitement of it all. Nothing makes Lisa happier than bringing the client's ideas to life.
Lisa's goal is that every client will feel the passion and love put into every project, regardless of its size. Her desire to please and leave the client with lasting memories and successful marketing strategies fuels her innovation and creativity. Lisa's approach to a successful career in integrated marketing, promotions, social media, and client engagement satisfaction is simple. It's all about the client's style and needs, and doing what it takes to accomplish it!

Lisa's most important adventure in life is being a mom to her beautiful daughter. Being a Mom, wife, and a "mompreneur" has amplified her abilities to focus on the details and effectively multitask. As long as Lisa can remember, she has loved creating, drawing, and painting, leading to a bachelor's degree in Marketing and photography. Lisa's desire is MAEKING you say, "WOW" from every event to every project!

Sarah Bodell

Sarah grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Central Connecticut State University. She has over 10 years of experience working in the special education field. In 2015, while planning her own wedding, she discovered her passion for wedding planning.
In addition to wedding planning, Sarah has always loved interior design. She enjoys constantly updating the decor in her home and helping others decorate theirs.
Sarah is a wife and a mother to her beautiful daughter. The family also includes two pets: a sweet little pit bull named Bella and her husband's service dog, Bear, a black lab who works with his Police Department.
After her daughter was born prematurely, she left her job to stay home with her daughter. During this time, Sarah pursued her passion for event planning, organizing themed birthday parties, bridal showers, weddings, and baby showers.
She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to meet our clients' expectations while having fun and creating memorable moments. This field aligns perfectly with her creative, detail-oriented nature and exceptional organizational skills. As a perfectionist, she is eager to plan and execute the perfect event for each of our clients!
